Suresh Gopi starrer Collector is directed by Anil C Menon and produced by Abdul Azeez and V.V. Sajan under the banner of A Cube Productions.This is the second time that Anil.C.Menon and Suresh Gopi are teaming up after ‘Rashtram’.Story by Rajesh Jayaraman and Songs are written by late Gireesh Puthenchery and Sudhamsu,music done by K.Reghukumar and art-direction by Joseph Nellikkal.Manoj Paramahamsa and Gunasekharan are handling camera.
There are three female leads in this flick Mohini, Lakshmi Sharma and Yamini Varma are the female leads.The other main characters are, Nedumudi Venu,Ananya,Janardanan,Anil Aditya,Baburaj and Abu Salim.
Story of Collector is,Suresh Gopi in the role of Kochi District Collector Avinash Varma,is being called from New Delhi to Kochi,according to an special order from the Kerala Chief Minister (Nedumudi Venu) and Avinash’s first assignment is to save the city from the ‘Simhala Group’.Actress Mohini plays as Cochin Mayor Sethu Lakshmi,she is also against the Collector.
