South actress Sonia Agarwal the estranged wife of Tamil director Selvaraghavan, is now all set to come to the big screens. she had reprised a small role in the recently released Tamil film ‘Vaanam’ opposite Prakashraj. Actress is entering Malayalam films and Sonia is starring opposite Mukesh in her debut Malayalam film titled ‘GrihaNayakan’. The movie is directed by Mohan Kupleri. Now the actress staying in Kochi for ‘GrihaNayakan’ shooting.
Earlier reports claimed that Sonia Agarwal would debut in Malayalam films through director Sohan Roy’s Mammootty starring ‘Doubles’. But she had denied the reports.
Sonia Agarwal who was introduced by Selvaraghavan into film industry with starring opposite Selvaraghavan’s brother Dhanush in ‘Kaadhal Kondein’ in 2003, had a successful career in the industry before marrying Selvaraghavan in 2006. The Couple now divorced in March 2010 and now Selvaraghavan all set for second marriage with Geetanjali. Geetanjali is associate of Selvaraghavan.
