Ernakulam family court posted the hearing of Kavya Madhavan’s divorce petition to May 25, 2011.
Kavya Madhavan who got married to a computer engineer Nishal Chandra on Feb 5,2009. According to some web reports Nischal’s suspicious nature and his authoritative mother’s torture, kavya returned to her parents’ home from Kuwait and submitted a jointly divorce petition in Ernakulam family court.
Though the petition the hearing was to be on Saturday (23/4/2011), but Kavya and Nishal did not appear before the court.Advocates of both Kavya and Nishal attended the court to postponed case .The court posted the hearing of the petition to next month 25.
Some reports says, both Kavaya and Nishal busy with their works so they failed to appear in court on Saturday.

actually actress cannot maintain a relation like marraige with there profession.so no other option.
we dont know real reason behind the divorse..but i pity mr.chandras family…they would have been treated as a terror in that small society in kuwait….I personally think actresses should get married and go to some more socilizing an dlibral society like us and eurpe etc coz middle has lots of restrictions on freedom….
