According to latest buzz popular Malayalam actress Jyothirmayi has filed a petition today (22/3/2011) in Cochin family court for divorce from her husband Nishanth,She got married to Nishanth,a Business development manager on September 6 2004,after 10 years romance.
Source close to Jyothirmayi,says that ego problem is the main rerason for this divorce,but the exact reason behind this divorce is not yet known.Reports also says that Jyothirmayi and Nishanth have been leading separate lives for the past few months.
Jyothirmayi was a serial artist at first. Indraneelam is one of her famous serials.She has also acted in some Telefilms but was not successful. In her first film Suresh Gopi starring ‘Pilots’,She played a minor character and the film was a failure. She became a top actress in Malayalam after the big hit of Dileep’s ‘Meesha Madhavan’.she also tried her luck at a few Tamil and Telugu but but was not successful.Her last relased film was ‘Janakan’ with super star Suresh Gopi.
