Aparna Pillai is a Tamil and Malayalam film actress, who has appeared in Malayalam film ‘December’(2005) with actor Manjulan. She is probably best known for her performances in Tamil films, Pudhukottaiyilirundhu Saravanan with Dhanush and Nenjil Jil Jil.
Aparna is all set to wed Dr. Bharani, an orthopedic surgeon, on 29th June in Chennai. Dr. Bharani, the son of producer Kannappan, who also owns the Sundar Cinema complex in Poonamalee on the outskirts of Chennai. The engagement ceremony was held at a star hotel in Chennai on the 8th of May. The marriage will take place at the Srivari Thirumana Mandapam near Vaanagaram, Chennai.
According to some latest reports Aparna Pillai has signed with Malayalam director Joshey’s next flick ‘Sevens’. Asif Ali, kunchakkoboban,Rima kallinkal and Bhama will play the lead roles in Sevens.
