South Indian actress Nikitha attempted suicide at her residence in Thukral, Mumbai, in connection with the complaint filed with Sandalwood actor Darsan’s wife Vijayalakshmi. She has been admitted to a private hospital there immediately. Reports say that she is getting well now.
The relationship between actor Darsan and Nikitha was a burning topic among the Kannada film recently. Vijayalakshmi filed a complaint against Nikitha stating that the actress’s relation with her husband has made her marital life horrible. Nikhitha, who became a notable actress in the Sandalwood after ‘Maharaja’ in 2005 created many box office hits along with Darsan. This made them become the hero and heroine of too many gossips. This is what seems to have disturbed Vijayalakshmi. However she removed her case against her husband recently, but the court rejected to grant Darsan his bail. Darsan is now admitted to hospital due to jaundice.
Nikitha who debuted in Fazil’s ‘Kaiyethum Dhoorath’ in 2002, had a bitter experience from the Mollywood. ‘Bus Conductor’ and ‘Bhargava Charitham Moonnam Khandam’ did not gave her what she expected. Anyhow, let’s hope this dispute settles down soon…
